The Teaching Experience of Geovan

Um ..!! Hi Guys ..It’s me Geo.. Nice to see you again in my second post. This time I want to share you all my teaching experience.

FLASHBACK  

I did this presentation at the 25^th of January 2014 (If I’m not mistaken), well if you remember. My teaching partner was Geraldy, if you still remember and my teaching theme was history of course. I taught you all the third and fourth crusades. My teaching method was using presentation and showing you all a little video from Assassin’s creed 1 trailer video. Actually the message I was trying to tell you from the video was the condition of Acre after Lionheart took it down.

PREPARATIONS

At first we (me and Geraldy) were confused of which theme we wanted to use. There are a lot of options, and finally we decided to use the crusade as our theme.  Still, there are 13 crusades and we decided to use the 3^rd and 4^th crusades. First we looked for the material at the internet. We were browsing for about two hours and finally we found 22 pages summary about the third and fourth crusades, mostly from wikipedia. We spent the rest of our time playing NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst on pc (hehehe). The second meeting we created the presentation and divided it into 2 major parts. The first part were Geraldy’s part, it’s the third crusade. The second part is mine, it’s the fourth crusade.

THE D-DAY

          We directly start the presentation and play some music in the background. At first all the students watch the short video. After the video finished and my partner started his presentation, all students beaten by sleeping draught. When it came to my part, it was such as pain in my ass. I was teaching a horde of undead . For me the class just suddenly turned into mass graveyard. I was speaking with the ghosts of unrest-in-peace people. This must be the same feeling of Hitler’s generals when the Atlantic war penetrated by the allies forces. I finished my presentation and that’s it. Multiple gun shots in my butt.

MY OPINION

          I finally know how a teacher’s feeling when he or she teach a undead horde. I try to appreciate every teacher when they explain something (most of the time). I was nervous when we were going to teach the class especially when I realized I forgot to give Mam Agnes our lesson plan.
